At AskMyAstro, we strive to deliver the best quality astrology services and reports. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.
All astrology services, including but not limited to birth charts, horoscopes, consultations, and personalized reports, are digital products and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final, and refunds will only be issued under specific conditions outlined below.
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
If you do not receive your report or service within the guaranteed delivery time (if applicable), and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
If the service is not delivered at all and you have contacted our support within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your request is verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Once a report or service has been initiated or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation of subscriptions does not result in a refund of already processed payments.
We do not offer refunds if you:
Change your mind after placing an order.
Provide incorrect information.
Disagree with or are dissatisfied with the astrological interpretation or prediction.
Our services are based on ancient astrological principles and are meant for guidance only.
